In consideration of being allowed to take part in this upcoming event, I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with this event, for any harm, injury or damage that may befall me while I am travelling to and from the trip and on the trip itself, including all risks connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during and after this event, including my choices and decisions.

I intend to exempt and release WIT Ministries and its officers from all liability whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death caused by negligence.

I am over the age of eighteen and understand and agree that neither WIT Ministries nor any of its officers may be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with this event that may result in injury, death or other damages to me or my family, heirs, or assigns.
